Since 1986

One family, one obsession: the perfect dried apricot.

Malatya sits on mineral-rich soils and a climate built for stone fruit. Three generations of our family have learned to read the orchards, time the harvest and dry the fruit so its flavour is concentrated, never lost.

Today that knowledge runs through a modern, certified operation — but every decision still starts with the same question our founder asked: is this good enough to carry our name?

    Founded in Malatya as a family apricot trading business.

  2. 1998

    First direct exports to European wholesalers.

  3. 2009

    New processing facility with optical sorting commissioned.

  4. 2016

    BRCGS and ISO 22000 certification achieved.

  5. 2024

    Certified organic apricot line and no-sugar spreads launched.
